She understands that family law matters are deeply personal, and she works closely with her clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. Attorney McCreery represents clients in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, handling a wide range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, restraining orders, and post-judgment modifications.
Before founding The Law Office of Molly McCreery, PLLC, Attorney McCreery practiced family law at a boutique Massachusetts firm devoted exclusively to domestic relations, and later at a New Hampshire firm focusing solely on family law matters. This experience allows her to bring a focused, practical, and compassionate approach to each case she handles. Attorney McCreery earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rivier University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Nashua Bar Association, Lowell Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association, and serves as a board member of the Monadnock Community Early Learning Center.
